Automated Tube Bundling System
We designed, manufactured and installed a one-of-a-kind system to allow a client to automatically straighten, bundle, wrap, insulate, coat, mark and re-coil a bundled tube product, eliminating hours of hard manual labor, while increasing throughput.
Automatic Sous-Vide
Many people are familiar with the home style sous-vide heaters that allow you to cook your proteins to perfection using hot water. That wont cut it when you need to produce 6 MILLION POUNDS of chicken annually. DPS designed a custom industrial scale sous-vide system with complete automatic operation.
Multipack Applicator
Applying the plastic multi pack ring to the top of your primary packaging is a backbreaking job, not to mention tedious. We designed and build a fully automatic applicator including reject and vision inspection, eliminating countless injuries, and increasing productivity.
Custom Storage Tanks
Sometimes the off the shelf options just don't work for you. When a honey producer approached us with their unique space restrictions, we designed and built a custom square tank to maximize capacity while keeping within the available footprint.
